Endurance partnership programme · 2026–2027
24 hours of brand exposure, every race weekend.
Octa Racing is the commercial programme behind two Ferrari 296 GT3 endurance drivers — a reigning Ferrari world champion and a Le Mans top-ten finisher. Sprint racing gives a sponsor seconds of screen time. We give them a full day and night.

The Octa story
Eight corners. Two drivers. One programme.
Before they ever shared a paddock, Rey Acosta and Custodio Toledo shared a company. In 2008 they co-founded AltaReturn, a cloud-based technology platform for private capital and family office fund managers. Rey ran the business — strategy, clients, growth. Custodio ran the technology — product, architecture, engineering.
Over eleven years they scaled AltaReturn into a multi-solution platform used by over 275 GPs and family offices. In 2019 they merged the company with Black Mountain Systems to form Allvue, backed by Vista Equity Partners — one of the world's premier software investors. Rey became CEO of the combined entity; Custodio served as CTO, Private Equity.
They built a company together. And while they were doing it, they found motorsport — track days, then Ferrari's Corso Pilota programme, then Ferrari Challenge. By 2025, Rey Acosta had won the Coppa Shell World Championship at Mugello — six seasons after his first start. Italian press called his title-winning drive "una prova magistrale dall'inizio alla fine" — a masterclass from start to finish. Custodio Toledo took his own path — from Corso Pilota student in 2020 to runner-up in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, runner-up in the European Le Mans Series, pole position at the 24 Hours of Spa, and eighth overall in LMGT3 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Octa Racing is the natural next chapter: the same partnership that built and exited a global fintech platform, applied to building the commercial infrastructure around two Ferrari 296 GT3 endurance programmes. Same two people. Same rigour. Different arena. Partners get two drivers, two continents, and a multi-series calendar under one agreement — structured with the same transparency they brought to private equity software.
"We spent 15 years building a company together. Racing together was the natural next step — we already knew how to push each other, how to trust each other, and how to win."
Rey Acosta, on the partnership behind Octa Racing
The drivers
Two proven properties, one negotiation
Each driver is a distinct audience story — and a partner can back one, the other, or both under a single agreement.

Rey Acosta
"Hellreyzer" · Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo · AF Corse
A Ferrari world champion out of South Florida. Six seasons of Ferrari Challenge produced 840 career points across 73 starts, a 26% podium rate and a 75% top-ten rate — the profile of a driver who finishes races, which is exactly what a sponsor's logo needs to do.

Custodio Toledo
Ferrari 296 GT3 · AF Corse · Le Mans 2025 & 2026
A software entrepreneur who turned Ferrari's Corso Pilota driving programme into a full international endurance career in five years — and who now shares a cockpit with Ferrari factory drivers. Dual Brazilian and US audience — a genuine bridge between two of the fastest-growing motorsport markets.

The endurance advantage
A sprint race is a 40-second ad. A 24-hour race is a documentary.
Endurance racing is the only motorsport format where a partner's branding is on screen through a full broadcast day and night, across live streams, in-car cameras, pit-lane interviews and a week of paddock content — then again in every highlight package for the rest of the season.
Buying power in the stands
Ferrari and GT3 competition draws an owner-and-collector audience. The same paddocks are sponsored by Richard Mille and Chivas Regal — this is a proven environment for premium brands.
Two markets, one deal
An American driver based in Miami and a Brazilian-American driver racing in Europe. One agreement covers US, Brazilian and European audiences without three separate sponsorships.
Time on screen, not seconds
Le Mans, Spa and Daytona are round-the-clock broadcasts with global distribution. Livery, suit and helmet branding accumulate exposure hour after hour instead of in a single 90-minute window.
Credibility by association
Both drivers compete with AF Corse — the team that runs Ferrari's factory endurance programme — and share cockpits with Ferrari factory drivers. Your brand sits inside that ecosystem, not next to it.
B2B in the paddock
Race weekends are three-day hospitality windows. Grid walks, pit tours, garage access and driver time turn a sponsorship line item into a room full of your best prospects.
Content that keeps working
Professional photography, onboard footage and behind-the-scenes film from every event — delivered to partners with usage rights for their own channels, advertising and trade shows.
